Terms and Conditions – 4777cb Gaming Platform Pakistan

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 4777cb ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all services offered through the 4777cb website and mobile application, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, bingo, fish games and all associated promotional programmes.

4777cb is an online gaming platform operated for players based in Pakistan. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are accessible via the website and the official 4777cb Android app or iOS Progressive Web App. These Terms govern your entire relationship with the platform from the moment you register an account.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the 4777cb platform you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

03 Your Account

One account per player. Each player is permitted to hold only one account on 4777cb. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. 05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered under your account name.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: typically within 1 hour of approval
• Raast: typically within 2–4 hours of approval
• Bank Transfer: 1–2 business days
• Debit Card: 2–5 business days depending on the issuing bank

Before processing a withdrawal, 4777cb may require identity verification including a copy of your CNIC and proof that the withdrawal method is registered in your name. This is a standard security measure to protect your funds and prevent unauthorised withdrawals. Providing false documents will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Withdrawals are only processed against real-money balances. Bonus funds that have not completed the required wagering cycle cannot be withdrawn. Real-money winnings generated from bonus play that have cleared all wagering requirements are fully withdrawable subject to these Terms.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

4777cb offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on 4777cb unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each individual promotion page.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your account. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets, followed by bonus funds.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 4777cb reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Once claimed, the bonus remains subject to its stated terms.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts or other fraudulent means will result in the bonus being voided, any associated winnings forfeited and the account suspended.
• Free spins, where offered, are valid only on the specific slot game stated in the promotion. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• Cricket betting boosts and enhanced odds promotions are subject to maximum stake limits as stated in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed above the stated maximum stake will be settled at the standard unenhanced odds.

07 Betting Rules

The 4777cb sports betting section covers Cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals and bilateral series), Football, Esports and other selected sports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. No bet can be cancelled or changed after it has been accepted by the platform, except where a specific cash-out or bet-edit feature is available and active for that particular market.
• In the event of a clear pricing error or technical fault that results in an incorrect price being offered, 4777cb reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes to player accounts.
• For Cricket and PSL markets, 4777cb follows standard ICC playing conditions. If a match is abandoned without a result and no official result is declared, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes refunded unless the specific market states otherwise.
• Live in-play betting is available on selected matches. Odds update in real time. 4777cb may suspend live betting markets at any time during a match where the integrity of the market cannot be guaranteed due to a technical issue or data feed interruption.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, event and market type. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance immediately following the official settlement of a result. Cricket results are settled based on official scorecards published by the relevant cricket board.

4777cb reserves the right to restrict or limit betting activity on any account where irregular betting patterns are detected, including but not limited to: placing bets that guarantee a profit regardless of outcome across multiple accounts, exploiting in-play pricing anomalies, or coordinating bets with other players to manipulate market outcomes.

08 Casino & Games

• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping in live casino games or any other coordinated fraudulent activity.
• Abusing the customer support team through offensive, threatening or harassing communication.
• Misrepresenting your identity, providing false documents or impersonating another person during account registration or verification.
• Accessing the platform through a VPN, proxy or any other method intended to disguise your true location or identity.

10 Suspension & Closure

4777cb may suspend, restrict or permanently close a player account at its discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, identity fraud or money laundering.
• Failure to provide required identity or payment verification documents within a reasonable time frame.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements, including being under 18 years of age.
• Irregular or suspicious betting patterns that suggest exploitation of platform systems or bonus structures.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player through the Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to player misconduct, any real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following successful identity verification.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed normally. Bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirements will be removed from the account at the time of closure.

11 Privacy & Data
